ASIMH stands for a future where mental health care is inclusive, community-driven, knowledge-based, and humane.
How do we work?
Information
Research
Establishing a comprehensive mental health information and resource center accessible to professionals and the public.
Developing structured certificate and diploma programs for community-based mental health support workers, educators, and caregivers.
The Institute operates with the belief that mental health care must be accessible, community-oriented, and sustainable. It emphasizes empowering non-specialists, families, and community members to actively participate in mental health care delivery.
Training
Conducting community-based surveys and collaborative research with national and international mental health organizations to inform policy and practice.
